Why, oh why do I love this movie so much! I watched it 2-3 years ago and remember it being pretty funny - but no where near as funny as it was last night when Kenyon and I watched it with Elder Al P., Mitch, Ben and Mac.
There are so many funny parts to this movie and now that Elder Al P. is super close to being one of these guys - it's just that much funnier...
Will Al P. follow in the footsteps of...
Elder Rogers - The senior companion, who ran out of testimony after his girlfriend ran off with his former companion, but then finds it at the end of the movie (his testimony... not his girlfriend)
Elder Van Pelt - the obnoxious guy with all the hot girls writing to him, but can't really look away from the "flippin"mirror? And has an issue with the way his companion says "book of mormons" rather than "books of mormon"
Elder Johnson - the District Leader and stalwart elder and his never ending antics with the audio cassette player.... Oh that Elder...
or...
Elder Calhoun - The nerdy yet loveable greenie..
Can't wait to get all of your opinions about our very own Elder Al P. and who you think he'll most resemble in the mission field...

Well, he'll likely not turn out to be like Elder Rogers because Lauren will be too young to run off with his companion...
I see Alex being the funny guy in district meeting, but being able to really connect with people and help them feel the Spirit.
